Practice Rounds, February 20-22

Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020 - Welcome Reception & Putting Tournament (Angel Park Golf Course)
This event runs from 5 pm to 7:30 pm.
In addition to checking in golfers and giving players their tee prizes, we have added a 9-hole Putting Tournament as part of this year’s event. We ask that each person participating put $5 into the prize pool which will be split into two prizes. Half will go to the player with the lowest total score, the other half will be to the player who gets the “Closest to the Pin” on one of the holes on the course. There will be beverages and some light appetizers available as well.
IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT SUNDAY - NO WORRIES! You can simply arrive Monday morning at Revere and check in. Please note that we will be giving out the tee prizes to those players who missed Sunday’s event - AFTER the round on Monday.
ROUND 1 (Revere Golf Club - Lexington Course)
7:00 am - DRIVING RANGE OPENS (8 am should there be a frost delay)
8:30 Am - Round 1 Competition
Please note, it has been chilly in Las Vegas overnight, so there may be a frost delay. We will try and let you know in advance, but please be aware that to get the official word, you should call the golf course.
Players will be paired by request for round 1 - it is not necessary for you to be in the same division. We will be using the information you have previously provided to make these pairings.
Post Round Scoring Party
Each player will receive a $20 voucher for Revere Golf Club. It is good in the pro shop and restaurant ONLY - not on the beverage carts on-course. You can spend this $20 toward anything on the menu or items in the golf shop. This will expire after Tuesday’s round. It is your option to stay at Revere and watch the scores come in, or head out and enjoy Las Vegas.

Honeypot Details

The honey pots are a way to play for an additional prize during the event. These are totally optional and you are not under any obligation to participate. You are a member of the tournament and will play for all the tournament prizes just as though the Honey Pots didn’t exist.

But we know people like to play for a little more - so we have created this opportunity.

Each player will put $75 into the pot before the first round begins. This is basically $25 per day. From this, we will award prize money to the top 25% of each flight and division each day. These are not cumulative - these are based on a single day’s play. The person who wins the cumulative will already get a great prize - this allows those who may not make the final, or win a prize during the week - to take home a little something from Las Vegas.
